APPLICATIONS
COB flex stripes are the stripes of choice for particularly homogeneous light lines. The chips here are not soldered but printed on, which enables extremely narrow pitch distances and seamless light lines. We developed a special white-opal coating for our COB stripes. This serves the optimal light diffusion and optics in contrast to the up to now exclusively yellowish available coating.
In addition to the IP20 versions, which fit even in the lowest profiles, we also embed these boards optionally in an IP68 silicone full encapsulation. Typical applications are linear accent lighting in outdoor areas, where no cooling profiles or profile covers are required and yet an absolutely homogeneous light line is created.
