You have access to a user interface integrated into the shop that makes it much easier to register a return and optimizes searching and finding. Through your customer account, you can easily keep track of your orders and returns.
RETURN PROCESS OVERVIEW
Log in to your customer account or register. Under “My Account” you will gain access to a personalized overview. There are two ways to access our RMA tool.
Under “My Orders” you will find all your orders placed through our webshop. Select the desired order and register a return directly.
Under “My RMA Reports” you can view all your previous orders and search by delivery note number or order year. Here you will also find details of your ongoing and completed returns. From now on, you can also adjust the delivery address for the replacement shipment.

In the event of a complaint, please contact your ISOLED sales representative immediately. Consider them not only as your advisor and LED expert. As the link between you and ISOLED headquarters, they will of course support you throughout the entire RMA process. Your contact person and the RMA/QS department of ISOLED have extensive technical and commercial expertise and are empowered to make targeted decisions for solution-oriented approaches in the event of a complaint.
